It had been inspected by state officials and cleared, and he was ejected, I mean thrown from the ride as it was spinning and climbing and doing all that.
If you’re injured in an amusement park situation, a fair situation with these rides, they have to be inspected by state inspectors, approved and licensed for use, and the individuals have to be properly trained, not only in the operation of the ride, but in the maintenance of the ride. There it lies, the maintenance of the ride.
